BIGGEST DUTCH WEB SHOPS
The most significant change among in the top 10 list of largest Dutch retail web shops was the growth trend of grocery home delivery with Albert Heijn Online moving up to #3 and Jumbo entering at #8. Fashion retailers slipped but bol.com retained its #1 ranking.

The newest rankings of the largest online retailers in the Netherlands (Twinkle100) was released in September. BOL.com retains the top spot with annual retail sales swelling to €1.64B, with most of the growth attributable to increased third-party sales. Coolblue remains in the second slot (sales €1.0B) and Albert Heijn Online moves up two positions to #3 with sales of €565M. Zalando drops to 4th place with sales decreasing to €550M while Wehkamp gets bumped down to 5th place (sales €530M). Amazon moves up to #6, trading places with The Learning Network, as Amazon’s sales increase to €350 while the latter’s fall slightly to €268M, good enough for the #7 slot. The growth in online grocery sales benefited not only Albert Heijn but Jumbo, the second largest Dutch supermarket chain, with that company’s webshop generating sales of €265M which moves it into the top 10 for the first time at #8. Media Markt maintains its #9 ranking with online sales up slightly to €220M while fast fashion retailer H&M falls from #8 to #10 as sales through their Dutch webshops shrink from €220M to €215M.
