LIFELINE FOR DUTCH FNG CHAINS
The Netherlands branches of FNG retail brands Claudia Stratter, Steps, Miss Etam, Espresso and Promiss have been rescued out of bankruptcy by Dutch investor Martijn Rozenboom, providing them with a new start.

bol.com CALLED OUT BY ACM
Following a reprimand by the ACM (Authority for Consumers & Markets), bol.com has committed to being more transparent regarding third-party sellers on its website. Customers had complained it wasn’t obvious what company they were buying from and where it was located, which could have an impact on their ability for legal recourse should there be an issue with their purchase, especially if the company is based outside the EU.
NORTH HOLLAND OUTLET MALL OPENING
The Netherlands will be welcoming its fourth outlet center later this Fall when The Style Outlet opens on November 26th. It will be the first Dutch outlet center located within the Randstad region (between Amsterdam and Haarlem). The center will offer approximately 100 brands.
